365 Day Return Guarantee
We offer a 365 day return guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, you can request a return and full refund within 365 days of delivery.
What this means in practice: you have a full year to decide whether CerviRest is working for you. We recommend giving it at least 14 to 30 days of consistent use, as most customers notice a meaningful difference within that time, but the decision is entirely yours.
How to Start a Return

We respond to all return requests within 24 hours on business days. Once approved, we'll send you clear return instructions.
Return Shipping
Returns are at your own expense. Within Australia, return postage is typically $10 to $20 depending on your location and carrier.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Product Condition for Returns
Returned products should be in reasonable condition and include all original components where possible.
We understand that after months of use, original packaging may no longer be available. This will not disqualify your return. We simply ask that the product is not intentionally damaged or missing key components.
Products showing clear signs of physical misuse or intentional damage may not qualify for a full refund. If you’re unsure, just email us, we’re happy to discuss your situation before you send anything back.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or turns out to be defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund as quickly as possible. You will not be asked to pay return shipping for defective items.
If you notice a defect after the 30 day window, please still reach out. We assess these on a case by case basis and will always try to find a fair resolution.
Received the Wrong Item
If you receive a product that isn’t what you ordered, contact us immediately. Please include:

• A photo of the item received
We will resolve this at no cost to you, including return shipping for the incorrect item.
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 4 hours of placing it. Orders are processed quickly, so early contact gives us the best chance to stop the shipment before it leaves.
