Shipping costs are calculated and shown during checkout.
Prices may change at any time. However, these changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
In the case of obvious pricing errors, Relevia reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
3. Orders
After placing an order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation email.
The purchase agreement becomes final once the order has been shipped and a shipping confirmation has been sent.
Orders are processed based on product availability.
If a product becomes unavailable after purchase, we will inform you as soon as possible and refund the full payment.

6. Risk and Ownership
The risk of loss or damage to the product transfers to the customer once the order has been delivered.
Ownership of the goods transfers to the customer after full payment has been received.
7. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
Customers have the right to return their order within 30 days of receiving the product.

10. Promotions and Discount Codes
Discount codes:

• cannot be exchanged for cash
If a discounted item is returned, the refund will be based on the amount actually paid.
11. Liability
Relevia is not liable for:
• indirect damages or loss of profit
• delays beyond our reasonable control
• issues caused by third party service providers
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.
